FAQ

  1. How do I care for my polymer clay earrings? Although PC is very durable, it can be damaged. To avoid this, make sure not to wear them in water, do not bend them as it is possible to break, store them in an area away from sharp objects, and wipe with a damp cloth to clean off makeup.
  2. Are polymer clay earrings heavy? Not at all! They are feather light! They are a great alternative to solid stone or metal materials. The difference in weight is huge and if you want a larger statement earring without the weight, these are your best bet!
  3. Why is polymer clay so popular now? PC is popular because of the wide variety of patterns, colors, and shapes used to make the pieces. It is also a very lightweight material so you don't really notice you are wearing them. Also, they are fun and cute!
  4. What makes your product special? My products are unique because I put in the time and effort to create pieces that are both aesthetically pleasing and durable. Not all PC earrings are created equal! I have had pairs from other sellers that break easily and aren't as refined. I am still learning and building my business but I think being a life-long learner is another advantage. I don't know it all but I am seeking to know more.
  5. Do you take custom orders? I do custom orders when I can. My main focus is the larger launches every other Friday. My "off" week after a launch is when I typically work on custom orders. I accept those requests on a first come, first serve basis. You can reach out with requests through Instagram, Facebook, or email.
  6. Do you have local porch pickup? Yes! In checkout click on Porch Pickup and you will be notified when your order is ready. You can come at your convenience to pickup your package. All porch pickups will be in a bubble mailer with your name on it. Please make sure you check for your name.
  7. How quickly do you ship out orders? I usually have orders packed and shipped out in 24-48 hours. I try to work really hard to get them shipped the next day. I know I hate to wait around for packages myself!
  8. How do you make the earrings? Making PC earrings is quite a process! First, I choose a design and color. Next, I work the clay by running it through a pasta machine. This helps smooth out the clay. Then, I use clay cutters to cut out the desired shapes. Once the clay is cut, it is ready to bake which can take about an hour. I use a toaster over dedicated to clay only- no food. After the clay is removed from the oven and has cooled, I sand and buff each piece. This helps smooth out imperfections. Then, I drill the holes needed for jump rings so that I can connect multiple pieces in one earring (skip this step for studs). Lastly, I put on the backings by using a super glue first and then a UV resin glue to make sure the backing is secured well.
  9. Where can I post a review of your product? You may email or DM me on Instagram/Facebook and I will add the review to the website.
